Human sapper...

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always,(Matthew 28:19-20):

This is the famous great commission that compels Christians to go into the world as preachers of the gospel of Christ teaching the power of salvation and life in Christ Jesus .Unfortunately this is the least obeyed or practiced commands of Jesus Christ throughout the scriptures in the bible today.

Most Christians today believe it is the work of an evangelist alone to preach the gospel of truth,which is the gospel of Christ.This is very wrong,as it is every BELIEVER'S MANDATE to preach Christ to every lost soul they find.

The coming of Jesus Christ is a revelation of the Father's Love for his fallen creation "MAN".  The message of Christ is a message of love,a message of salvation and redemption from the sinful of nature man assumed as a result of the fall and it is a message of life.

Over the years now the motive behind evangelism has being corrupted by our local churches and individuals at large,we find churches today doing evangelism not to get souls saved but to increase their church population which is wrong and because of this souls won are lost within a twinkle of an eye. This is because we have gone against the truth of the gospel we preach.

The sapper is a combatant  who is skilled in variety of military engineering duties such as breaching, minefielding, fortifications and repairs,he does more than these actually.

The Gospel over and over again,shows us that Jesus was always available, incredible as this may sound.With little time that He had to teach His Disciples who appeared to be slow learners,He still  welcomed those who needs healings and comforts.

With the little time to teach and train the slow-learning Disciples,the Gospel never recorded that He refused to meet the needs of others.

Anyone-whether the poor,rich,demonized,sick,outcast or defiled could come to Him.The underdogs came as easily as the rich and powerful also came.

He was sensitive to the needs of everyone He met that He couldn't ignore the touch of the woman with the issue of blood even though the crowd was great.

Today,as those who are filled with the spirit of God, Christlike emphathy to be sensitive to others,either to lead us to them or them to us should be found in us.

Sappers are hardworking people,they cannot be found sitting around,they have so many skills,so it is either they are demolishing or repairing,they are either breaching or in the field,mining.

The Lord needs hardworking people who are not afraid to work.

Sappers as patient,they go into a field just trusting that they will find what they need there because some instruments made them know that something they would need is there,they patiently dig until they find what they want.

Human sappers must be patient,they must patiently wait to win souls.

Winning souls requires patient.

Human sappers must be ready to go into the kingdom of darkness to draw men from the broad way that leads to hell.

Soul winners are sappers,so their eyes of discernment must be sharp.

They are souls who are on their way to hell even in the church,sappers find these people and reconcile them back to the Father.

Sappers are skillful men.You can't go around digging every ground,constructing on every lands and repairing what needs to be demolished.

You must skillfully know where to go,when to search,where to dig and when to catch.

Human sappers requires skills.

Human sappers must have perseverance.This is not sitting in one place and expecting that the field will mine itself.It is a matter of moving from one place to another and sometimes back to the same place until we can get what we want.

It takes great courage to come out of your comfort zone to reach out to someone in the name of Jesus.

We must be ready to get disappointed sometimes but that shouldn't stop us from going into the world to sap men.

Listen,Jesus had called us to be Sappers of men(Fishers of men),we have no business sitting at the shore when men are lost in the sea.

The demonic system had penetrated into our world but as Christlike who have the Christlike emphathy,we are to go into the world and find men,sap them out of the power of the enemies.

Set the captives free,deliver the oppress and preach the Good news.

We are not called to be casters (busy with other people's matters,backbiting and causing confusion), or called to be stone casters(judgers)

We are called to sap men, separate men from the hold of Satan.

Christ wants us serving!

He wants us praying,spreading the Gospel and setting men free from lies that the Devil had used to blind fold them.

He wants us sapping men out of hell,separating men from their self and leading them to the One who can transform them.

Are you a Human sapper?

Who are you trying to sap from destruction?

Are you busy about the Masters business?

Are you praying for the Lost souls or you are just so ready to go to heaven alone?

Well let me burst your bubble,you won't be awarded for going to Heaven alone, funny enough,some of us think we are in a competition especially those in ministry,we want to be better than the other.

No one is going to take first position in Heaven all that matters is that you go to God with people.

So when you see a brother sapping people,don't be sad because you ain't the one doing the sapping,you can actually join,assist him in the field and mine that treasure.

What's the struggle to be the best for.

We have just one Head (Jesus)our common goal is that all men come under His Lordship.

So let's go into the field in masses, labour on the field and yield abundant harvest for the one who has sent us.
