What Does True Love Look Like: Should we look to Hollywood for answers

Me before you............ They all sound interesting, yeah???

But do they reveal the true intent of love??

We've been shown from movies that it even entails having sex, selling your body to a person that breaks your heart, then comes back to apologize, they make up, sex mostly and then its all good again. Is that all there is?

We call Love sacrifice and I have sacrificed lots of things for Love was still looked in the face and stabbed in my chest.

Should we all Love trust? How many people can you trust in this world especially this generation as social media has a way of exposing everything that was meant to be "Secret".

I was furious at a point beause these things were not even close to what the real world was teaching especially in this part of the world (apologies) but its true.

I was overwhelmed by several accounts from people;

A lady that said she needs to be touched to feel loved,

A guy that said he needs to "taste" what he is going to spend his life living with.

A guy that's not ready for responsibility

A lady on the other hand that feels a guy should cater for all her needs.

Love, we call it the feeling we get from just looking at a person, some even say it is that moment when you cant really seat a moment without thinking about them. Can it be true?? With all the pain attached??

Is this the love that's worth all the pain, fight, challenges, sex, heartbreaks from all the excessive sacrifices we pay daily.

Where do we look for answers??

This might sound cliche, and it might sound out of place, but the Knowledge of Jesus and His person. I have gotten to accept that the more Our heart stays on him, we love the right people and the wrong people stay far from us.

Love Jesus, Be with Jesus, and you will express Love.
