See Through His Lens

   It was then a norms,they were so many messages about Hell,a day never passes by without getting a description of Hell, I kept hearing so many messages of how the most little sins could take one there,like borrowing a match stick and taking extra one without the consent of the owner.The fear of Hell was increasing everyday,I hardly hear about heaven,I didn't even know how to get there, I thought I could do it on my own and then I began my "Holiness" journey,I tried hard to meet up with the world standard of holiness, there were so many dos and don'ts. I was what the world will call "Holy Mary"😂 but I was the Mary that hated almost everybody I encountered,gosh,I can remember my slang then "I hate him/her with passion,I don't know why". I know this has or is still happening to some of us even till now. You've struggled so much to be the Holy lady everyone wants you to be but you know that your heart isn't right. We know how to describe Hell so well that if we are giving a platform to do so,we would leave everybody shivering not because they have been convicted of their sins but because of the fear of going to Hell.

 I know what it feels like to go to a meeting and then a preacher will say only 3 people here will go to heaven,funny right! Then instead of listening to the sermon,we will all be praying in our hearts "please let me be one of the 3 Lord".I would just hear a sound and I would be fidgeting and wondering if the trumpet had sounded and I wasn't raptured.The truth is,all those fear didn't break my addiction,the fear didn't tramfomed me but left me trying so hard to be righteous, not until I understood "Grace",an unmerited favour that is just too good to be true but the moment I believed,my life never remained the same.

       Now,Jesus didn't came to this Earth to rub your sins on your face and to judge you but He came to give you salvation and not just that,he also came to keep you safe and sound in Him.Jesus had to die and go to hell and then resurrect,just so that you won't have to go to hell yourself,He had to become the narrow way that leads to life,so that when you want to enter into life(the God kind of life)you will go through Him and because He is narrow,you will gradually and steadily get trimmed off of your flesh. 

       We didn't see the Apostles struggling to be like Christ,even though Peter was denying Christ,the people kept saying,he was with Christ,Jesus had rubbed on Him.Jesus didn't just bring salvation but He also wants to keep You,keeping you means,He will teach you Himself,He will rub Himself on You.You can't get free from your flesh,your addiction and weaknesses alone,you can't even try to get free and that is why Jesus is on a standby to help you but if you can't receive all that he has brought,you will never enjoy His finished work in your life.

      Do you know that,it was because of you,He didn't give up in Golgotha,it was because anytime He falls,He sees a lady that would need His help in 2020 over an addiction that was why He stood up,carried His cross which is your curse,so you can now be called Blessed?

He did all that,so that you won't struggle to be righteous anymore but with all that Jesus had done for you,you will never enjoy them,if you can't see yourself through the lens of His eyes... 

    He wants you to know that He loves you no matter how big your sin looks to you,He loves you anyways,He just hate your sins.He wants you to let Him in so that He can help you.

If I give you a gift,you will never enjoy the gift until you take ownership of the gift.You won't enjoy the gift of Grace until you receive it.

      See through the lens of His eyes and see how rghteous you are in Christ Jesus.See how wonderful and how beautiful you were made,see how happy the angels were the moment you became saved and you will know how important you are,see how mighty a King your Husband and Father is.
