Imperfect Perfect

Our God is one who calls something that which it is not and it eventually becomes that.
From the beginning it has been so_ Let there be light and there was a great light, that's how authentic the words of our Father God are,He honor His words even more than His name,it is fine if the Heaven and the Earth pass away but never will His word go back to Him void without complishing the reason it was spoken.

He is the one and only Creator and He alone can call the dead to life.

Reading through the Epistles especially the Epistles of Paul to the Corinthians,we see over and over again,Grace in the face of gracelessness, death and resurrection. The way we see ourselves and others and the way God sees us and them also.
I am usually amazed how God called the Imperfect 'Perfect' even as He is in the early process of making it so.

Like I said earlier on,it has been so from the beginning,we saw how God changed the name of Abram to Abraham even before He became the father of one son,how He called Gideon who was a coward a mighty man of valour,He called David the King of Israel, even before He became King.

One thing we must note is that God never called something that which it was not and it didn't eventually become that.
God's view about our future is clear, true and perfect. He calls you now that which you will eventually become.

God called Moses and used Him not because He was without flaws but because God doesn't wait for finished product.

Now if I say you are perfectly imperfect,I mean that I know your flaws but I choose to look beyond your flaws_in fact I see your flaws as an asset or as something that makes you perfect.

God knows your flaws, weaknesses and struggles, yet He loves you just the way you are. He is sculptor,He does not deal with finished work of art,but His delight is to bring out beauty from your imperfection

God does not choose the perfect to accomplish His plans even your current stand with God does not determine if He will use you or not.
Peter, even though Jesus knew he will deny Him still choose him.Peter after denying Christ, didn't have a chance to make things right with Him,yet Jesus still came to Him after His resurrection.

He sees in your flaws assest that He can use to create a beautiful story,He can rewrite your story just as He did mine.

I was not one of those kids born into morning devotion and all, maybe it was so before I lost my mom but after she left,I lived a free life,I didn't know what it feels like to be called upon for advice
Dad was always busy and I was just living my life anyhow I want to,oh you are thinking if they don't advice me then they were actually using the rod, well No...I was the pampered and spoilt child.

I was a normal kid,I played very much,I fought with almost everybody in my neighborhood,I went to church because it is normal to go to church on Sunday not because I was born again...I was just a normal kid

I was one of those kids that will tell people mothers that respect is a reciprocal,if you respect me,I will respect you,I was very rude and always ready for trouble.

I was not just a normal kid but one that every parent will look at and will say, nothing good will ever come out of this one but God was up there, rewriting my story, calling out things that were not visible in my life then and not too long they started becoming visible.
God was and is still interested in me and even in my flaws.

God is looking at the imperfect you as a perfect being,He wants to use your flaws to create something beautiful, don't be too hard on yourself when you fall,He won't stop loving you,He will never stop.
Those words He has said concerning your life will surely come alive...

there is nothing you have done or will do that’s a surprise to God. What God wants is not perfect performance, but a heart willing to turn to Him in surrender……. The eyes of the Lord search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him…..– 2Chron 16:9a. Grace demands commitment, not performance!
God does not need supermen! Superman became irrelevant, the moment Christ died on the cross. Accept GRACE and Stop trying to be Superman!
